AS A LONG TIME ISLAND RESIDENT, and after 6 years of helping build such distinguished developments as the Four Seasons at Hualalai, and Hokuli`a, I transitioned into residential real estate.

My first year I received the “Rookie of the Year” award and the subsequent year, “Agent of the Year”. I later worked my way into the “Top 20 Selling Agents” island wide with over $21M in closed sales during 2005 and $17M in 2006. In 2007 and 2008 I was #1 in Residential Resales from Keauhou to Hawi. And even in the tough market of 2009, I am still in the top performing 20 resale agents for the entire island of Hawaii (out of over 1100 agents) reselling residential properties.

From the beginning I have focused on providing the best and most knowledgeable service to all my clients. I have a strong commitment to education and keeping abreast of market trends and economic news, all of which helps me serve you better. I still make it a point to attend at least one class every month. I am also active with the Kona Board of Realtors, where I am currently the Treasurer for the 2009/2010 fiscal year.
