I was present when Paul Brewbaker, a lead Hawaii economist, gave this great presentation at the West Hawaii Association of Realtors meeting on Friday, October 28th… and I was thrilled that West Hawaii Today wrote this great article on the highlights of that presentation. The bottom line from his perspective is that buying real estate in West Hawaii right now is a great idea and that if you wait you will be really sorry you did. I couldn’t have said it better myself!
