We are extending this invitation to you to become part of our newest service, HAWAIIAN EYE “OVERSEEING YOUR ISLAND PROPERTY.” Absentee owners will no longer have to worry about their property when away for extended periods. Register with us and we will guarantee you peace of mind 24/7!

EXTERIOR:

  • All-around outside visual inspection
  • Check windows, doors, screens for possible wind or storm damage
  • Sweep front lanai to provide a “lived-in” look
  • Pick up phone book, newspaper or other circulars that may be left out front
  • Check mail (if requested)
  • Take garbage cans in and out
  • Start automobile(s) (if requested)
  • Check for broken or obvious faulty irrigation lines or dripping faucet
  • Check on lawn maintenance and condition of any shrubbery or trees
  • Check exterior lights
  • Look for any evidence of pests

    INTERIOR:

  • Flush toilets; run water in faucets and showers
  • Check under sinks and around toilets and washing machine for potential leakage
  • Check air conditioner, refrigerator and freezer and other electrical devices to ensure that settings are off or set per owner requirement
  • Check for leakage in and around washing machine and dishwasher
  • Check windows, doors, and screens to make sure they are secure
  • Report any signs of pests
  • Check lighting for any light bulb issues
  • Check garage for security


    • OTHER SERVICES:

  • With prior notice, provide access to your home for house cleaning services, pest control services, special deliveries or maintenance workers
  • Recommend credible contractors for your repairs and coordinate their work
  • Additional fees will apply to “Other Services”

    • We will visit your home twice a month. If you need something done or taken care of that is not shown, please ask and we will try to accommodate your request and needs. Additional fees may apply.

    Following any inspection, we will send you the results via e-mail along with photos of any problems we find or should it be an emergency situation, we will telephone you immediately.

    Our professional monthly fee is as shown below and is due on the first day of each month. A monthly statement will be e-mailed to you. No refunds are available, however, the service is transferable to new owners. A 10% discount will apply for payments made for 6 months or more.
